What happens when I hit my attendee limit?
Additional attendees are gracefully handled. You will receive a notification to upgrade, but no one gets cut off mid-session.

What about donation processing fees?
Donation processing is 5% + $0.30 on the free Starter plan, 3% on Growth, and 3.5% on Pro and Essentials. The fee covers Stripe card processing plus Jatterbox's platform cut. Free-tier funds are held in your Jatterbox wallet and released once you verify your identity via Stripe Connect.
